FALL SPORT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Fall Sport Parent Night: Monday, July 22nd at MHS Cafeteria @ 6pm.

Sport Registration Dates: 

Friday, July 26th: Coed Cross Country and Girls Softball Registration

Monday, July 29th: Boys Soccer Registration

Tuesday, July 30th: Boys Golf and Coed Cheer Registration

Wednesday, July 31st: Girls Volleyball Registration

Thursday, August 1st: Band Registration

Friday, August 2nd: Band Registration

Monday, August 5th: 9th Football Registration

Tuesday, August 6th: 10th-12th Football Registration

Wednesday, August 7th: LAST DAY TO RECEIVE YELLOW SLIP

Official First Practice:

August 5th is Boys Golf official first day of practice. 

August 12th all other fall sport official first day of practice. 

YELLOW SLIP INFORMATION

Students must complete a few requirements to receive their yellow slip. The yellow slip is due on the day of OR before August 12^th (CHSAA first day of official practice). Students are not allowed to practice until a yellow slip is turned in to the head Coach. 

Here are the requirements for each student:

• Must be registered in rschool (Sport Registration Website) Link here: Montrose High School (rschooltoday.com) 

• Valid sport physical

• complete impact test for all 9th, 11^th or new students to MHS. (every 2 years)

• pay $100 in the activities office day of registration

• enrolled in at least 5 courses

• passed 5 courses last semester/ NO more than one F last semester
